Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide support to our sales Media Sales Consultants as part of the digital sales process.
• Research and finding leads to building a strong digital sale pipeline.
• Accurately forecast sales, to meet and exceed monthly digital sales budgets.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Measure ROI and KPIs to assure client schedules are fulfilled.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Mentor team of Media Account Consultants to gain stronger understanding of digital sales platforms.
• Expected to support assigned teams to collectively meet monthly digital sales objectives.
• Responsible for processing of client digital schedules.

Education and/or Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Sales Executive.
• 1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web design a plus but not necessary.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.

Salary

$36,000 - $48,000 per year DOE
