· Assist with the development of sales and marketing literature, ensuring that the content reflects the Wyoming Machinery Company and Caterpillar brands. · Provide the Digital Marketing Coordinator with necessary website revisions. · Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator with social media efforts and other E-Marketing campaigns. · Coordinate the production of marketing materials where required by acting as liaison between advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various 3rd party service providers. · Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing activities to include costs, attendance, return on investment and other data as required. |
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY |
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in related subjects. · Knowledge of marketing fundamentals is necessary. · Managed multiple projects or marketing campaigns at a time. · Proven ability to adapt to a fast and constantly changing program with tight deadlines. · Built positive relationships with team members and internal stakeholders. · Must be able to effectively write and verbalize communications, both internally and externally. · Demonstrate good copy-writing skills. · Must have the ability to establish, monitor, and meet short- and long-term goals. · Must be well organized, self-motivated, and able to work very effectively under pressure. · Self-motivated, with a positive can-do attitude, and have excellent communication skills. · Can work efficiently as an individual as well as in a team environment. · Able to demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles. · Willing to travel in support of promotional activities. · Must be able to effectively use a computer with proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Adobe Creative Suites.
