Digital Marketing Strategist

  Lead development and implementation of advertising, marketing, and sales initiatives by working closely with our clients, marketing team, and leadership
• Generate ideas for our clients and our company
• Develop strategic digital marketing plans
• Meet with clients and interview them for marketing content
• Create content for marketing, blogs, social media, and websites
• Qualify inbound prospect leads on lead gen platforms
• Research trending marketing tools and technology
• Help our sales team develop a strategic plan for our inbound leads
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve client results
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, flexible hours
• Hybrid remote work schedule possible

Sharp Innovations, Inc of Lancaster, PA is growing and wants to add a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist to our team. This newly formed role will help us grow by working directly with our marketing and leadership teams to reach our clients and promote our brand in our target markets. We are looking for someone who has the vision to strategize and plan a successful organic search (SEO), content, paid, and/or social media marketing solutions for our clients. We provide a fun and creative environment for everyone to contribute their strengths and share new ideas while striving to bring God glory in everything we do.

Our Ideal Digital Marketing Strategist:

• Experienced: 3 years of digital marketing experience (college & internships considered as experience). Editing or writing experience is a plus.
• Technology: Knowledge and experience using multiple platforms such as SEM Rush, Google Trends, Google Ads, Photoshop, WordPress, Shopify, and social media would be helpful but are not required.
• Strategic: Possessing an analytical mind and an interest in performing keyword/theme analysis and digital analytics research. Looking for someone that can translate those trends into ambitious but attainable goals.
• Creative: Can take on basic creative projects like graphic design, content writing, and social media marketing. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but some experience and a desire to learn more are highly encouraged.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Will treat teammates with respect while supporting and moving toward our common goals.
• Independent: Able to move forward with work without someone micromanaging or paving the way. Confident in presenting ideas and engaging in collaborative discussion.
• Goal-Driven: A strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and can clearly explain the plan to the various departments and guide your team with clear-cut instructions.
