Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Digital Services, you will help execute digital marketing campaigns across all our markets, working with marketing, designers, writers, and web developers. You will manage our marketing automation system (HubSpot), creating and managing processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and list management. You will drive improvements in the performance of eblast campaigns, targeting, nurturing campaigns, and personalization. You will create eblasts, landing pages, and website calls to action. You will proactively manage testing and reporting on campaigns, including A/B testing, analytics, and campaign data. You will help manage and maintain all corporate and consumer websites and in-house apps
Essential Functions
Manage marketing automation system and processes, including building emails and landing pages from templates and HTML, workflow creation, list management, and lead synchronization
Manage internal projects from start to finish, including implementation, testing, and execution, keeping the project on schedule
Maintain a proactive approach to testing, using A/B testing and analytics to continuously hone and improve campaign performance
Set goals and execute, measure, test, revise, and report on them
Maintain website content using our CMS
Communicate effectively with global marketing managers to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide marketing automation training to new admins and employees
Mentor new interns and employees
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
College or university degree required
4-6 years experience in relevant field
Certification on marketing automation (Hubspot strongly preferred) Preferred and
Certification secured within 6 months of hire Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, and overall excellence
Must be a team player, highly organized and motivated with a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
Ability to work at a fast pace, handling multiple projects at once
Basic HTML skills
B2B experience preferred
Solid writing, proofreading, and editorial skills
Analytics reporting experience
