Hiring Immediately, Digital Marketing Manager
Overit is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Media Director in researching, formulating, and executing media plans for specific clients. This role necessitates an understanding of the customer's business and its competition, so as to identify the ideal digital advertising and media requirements. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will have direct communication with clients, together with the account/project management, technology, and creative teams. The SEM Strategist is also responsible for managing the work of the specialists and constructing and monitoring tests and reports to examine web analytics, PPC campaigns, and other pertinent information.
Responsibilities
- Interpret clients' needs and develop comprehensive digital media strategies and tactics
- Communicate media recommendations and alternatives in an ever-evolving environment
- Give guidance and mentorship to junior media team members
- Analyze advertising performance on a regular basis and suggest optimizations
- Handle daily contact with internal technologists, account managers, activation teams, and client contacts
- Create media plan presentation decks; conduct new media research
- Collaborate with activation and technologist teams to ensure data quality
- Generate insights for monthly client performance reports and present them to the client portfolio
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords and Bing Ads
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Tag Manager and Google Local Services
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, specifically GA4
- Provide insightful analysis on current marketing campaigns while proactively providing areas of growth and improvement
- Develop and implement creative solutions for generating user acquisition and brand awareness
- Define digital marketing strategies for offerings that cover all digital channels
- You have a strong understanding of marketing and content development in order to help our clients clarify their message and convert leads into customers.
- You have experience with crafting content and understanding the cultures of audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- You have the ability to turn the client's goals and our own user research into messaging and building marketing plans.
- You have experience deploying a budget against a wide array of marketing channels while experimenting across new and existing channels.
- You have strong analytical skills and an ability to create valuable reports to drive KPIs (via Google Analytics and social media channels), interpret what the data means, and recommend which actions to take for continuous improvement.
- Support in measurement planning and pixel generation and third-party ad tracking needs with manager direction
- Traffic plan assets such as creative and required tracking tags
- Executes Quality Assurance (QA) of tracking functionality and creative units to identify and solve any issues
- Experience in integrating and optimizing digital content into multiple distribution channels (web, social and mobile platforms)
- Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver and market digital content and tools
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
