Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Digital Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     As our digital marketing strategist, you’ll work to develop and execute digital marketing and content plans that grow brand awareness and boost demand generation.     As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you are responsible for creating and managing a compelling digital marketing ecosystem that makes it easy for our clients to find and connect with our brand.

    The essential functions of the position include:

    • Establish overarching digital marketing strategies to evolve owned/paid digital channels (e.g., website, ads, email, social), to drive awareness and boost engagement
    • Create a best-in-class user experience and destination for all content across our digital channels
    • Plans and executes SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and digital ad campaigns
    • Collaborate with the IT team for day-to-day website management, including maintenance and updates
    • Spearhead short-form content development, including writing and creative, for diverse platforms and channels
    • Drive optimization of content strategy and campaign results across digital channels.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to manage demand capture and lead management work-flows
    • Create a culture of continuous improvement by defining objectives and tracking/reporting results on an ongoing basis to inform marketing tactics and drive to business targets
    • Support and serve as a main point of contact to region and business unit sales leaders in managing and executing their digital marketing needs, challenges, optimizations and resources
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Manage external marketing vendors to support digital campaign activation
    • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
    • Drive successful completion of Marketing projects, along with the Marketing team, as appropriate

    Your background includes:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing, tech-stack management, and/or demand generation
    • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and WordPress (among others)
    • HubSpot Certification(s) and/or Google Analytics Certification(s) a bonus
    • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database management, email, and social media
    • Experience defining standards and governance for an evolving digital marketing environment
    • Solid knowledge of content strategy, including full-funnel marketing campaign activation
