POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for achieving digital revenue goals. This includes the development of their own book of business as well as mentoring of the local advertising sales team, including four legged sales calls for APG of Northern Wisconsin.
Workload split as follows: 50% developing and provides leadership to the Advertising Department in a manner consistent with sound management practices to ensure the attainment of digital performance goals. Directly manages sales representatives in regard to any and all digital products of the Rockford Register Star. Leads the department in order to achieve bottom line growth of digital revenue through any means necessary including direct sales, assisted sales, and managing third party sales. Provide training for all MMAEs to develop a level of competency commiserate for goal achievement.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
College degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field. Must have a minimum of five years of demonstrated success in a previous digital marketing/media sales position and prior management/supervisory experience.

· Shared Responsibilities - This role requires a minimum 50% of their time in the field prospecting and harvesting their own new digital business, about 40% of their time in the field with MMAEs (training staff and creating optimal solutions for area businesses), and the balance of time ensuring accounts are receiving superior customer service (i.e., campaign metrics, check-ins, etc…)
· APG Digital Team - This position will be part of the APG Digital Management Team, requiring regular participation in group calls and projects.
