    We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing leader who has a proven track record of building and executing an account-based marketing (ABM) program and growing revenue from display advertising, paid search, and search engine optimization (SEO). The Director, Digital Marketing & ABM is an exciting new role, offering the high-profile opportunity to positively impact the business through channel expansion and rapidly accelerating lead generation. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, strategic thinker with outstanding analytical skills and effective executive communication skills. This role requires demonstrated specialized expertise, which includes tactically executing paid advertising campaigns, technical experience using ABM software platforms, and a deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead development and execution of account-based marketing initiatives to target and engage key accounts; play a critical role during ABM software onboarding and inaugural program rollout
    • Create, target, deploy and optimize advertising/email campaigns, in collaboration with Marketing team
    • Effectively manage digital advertising budget, working with an outside agency or in-house
    • Partner with Head of Content to ensure content strategy, campaigns, and SEO aligns with prospect needs, pain points, and buyer’s journey to drive new ARR and ROI on investments 
    • Oversee inbound lead program; take accountability to maximize every opportunity and improve processes
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign attribution to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders 
    • Routinely evaluate total addressable market (TAM) and ideal customer profile (ICP) to enhance ABM outcomes and generate a high-volume of qualified leads and opportunities 
    • Strategize and execute go-to-market campaigns around product launches for new business 
    • Serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of the CRE industry/buyers and Green Street products, unique methodologies and differentiators

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s or MBA a plus
    • 8 years of marketing experience, including previous role(s) and measurable results from ABM, advertising and/or SEO programs
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
    • Highly proficient in using various technologies, including automation platforms (Hubspot preferred), Salesforce, ABM software (6Sense preferred), LinkedIn/Google Campaign manager, SEO tools
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation in digital marketing.
    • A passion to set ambitious targets and meet/exceed them in a private-equity backed, fast-paced, high-growth culture
    • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future, without visa or sponsorship requirements 

    Working Conditions: The Director of Digital Strategy will work indoors in an air-conditioned office building and must be able to remain stationary at a desk and computer for a majority of the day.
