Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Digital Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Digital Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     About the Role

    As Magnify grows, we need to build awareness and trust with enterprise buyers. You’ll be the founding member of the team to build a growth marketing and demand generation function in an entirely new category.


    You’ll own a pipeline generation metric, and develop marketing programs to hit that target, including content, webinars, videos, podcasts, and blog posts. You’ll own a budget and deploy content across a portfolio of channels, including ads, emails, and sponsored media.


    This role is highly cross-functional and will report into the CEO. You’ll work with our CEO, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to understand the needs and messaging that resonate with buyers. You will be responsible for ensuring you’re driving high-quality leads that actually convert to revenue. 


    In addition, there will be other marketing responsibilities that will need to cover from time to time, like branding, product marketing, and more. Expect to grow professionally and be challenged to build something amazing!

    What You Will Do
    • Develop and execute multi-channel strategies (ads, email, etc.) for acquiring leads from content. 
    • Work cross-functionally with our GTM team to deeply understand upmarket buyers, test messaging, and generate new ideas.
    • Help develop content across blog posts, webinars, long-form content, videos, and other media and share insights on what’s working.
    • Develop a feedback loops to monitor lead quality.
    • Run campaigns across channels, including ads, email, and sponsored media. 
    • Run cross-channel nurture campaigns to keep our warm leads
    • Start build our demand gen reporting and infrastructure.


    What You Will Need
    • Deep demand gen experience (5 years) across channels - we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, marketing operations, and analytics.
    • Analytical mindset and first-principles problem-solving. 
    • Concise and persuasive writing. You’ll write copy frequently in this role. 
    • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights.
    • Creativity. You should be constantly testing new ideas.
    • Resourcefulness and urgency. You’ll do what it takes to get your projects across the finish line.
