Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. It's important to note that you will be responsible for executing on all of the work. You also have an excellent understand of SEO growth strategies and are a great writer.
For this job you, we expect that
-You are familiar with driving customer acquisition by leveraging social media pages.
-You can prepare, schedule and post social media content in line with the vision of the various businesses and grow our social followings. In addition, you'll leverage these channels to drive revenue.
-You can write amazing copy, don't use generic hashtags and do your research on all posts to ensure content is always engaging.
- You can independently set up email campaigns and market and remarket customers.
- You can identify SEO opportunities and leverage them by writing excellent blog posts for our projects.
-You love efficiency and metrics, and will create dashboards and benchmarks for us to track performance across the board.
Requirements
-Fluent in English - extra language fluency is a bonus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Demonstrable experience in growing social media pages quickly, please provide examples and stats.
-Available on Slack for any inquiries from the team, very flexible in working schedules.
