Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, a related field (master's preferred), or equivalent experience.
6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or financial services sector.
Proven track record of success in driving measurable results through multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising best practices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency leveraging marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Ads Manager. Proficiency in HubSpot is a major plus.
Experience in developing and implementing A/B testing and marketing automation strategies.
Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others.
