Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Digital Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Experienced salesperson or great customer service skills preferred. $500 per week plus residual 10% monthly commission as earned. Not significant time spent traveling between appointments in the local area. Must be able to deliver results from the first week after start.
Will be responsible for growing sales to achieve monthly sales goals by maintaining and increasing opportunities with existing core customers. Training provided.
Job Duties include:
- Building sales through personal meetings to create effective partnerships with relevant business managers or owners.
- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives by promoting and selling digital marketing service.
- Qualifying each prospect and providing high quality service they expect. Problem solving and troubleshooting while effectively managing long term relationships.
