Digital Marketing Manager jobs in Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. We currently operate 4 brands and 2 retail locations related to hemp & cannabis products. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. Duties:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to drive audience engagement and increase brand visibility
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness including B2B & B2C email blasts
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings
- Create compelling copy for digital advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Skills:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media campaigns
- Proficient in using marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Strong content creation skills
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing assets
- Knowledge of Google Ads and experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different target audiences
- Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimize website content accordingly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
