Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled marketing operations manager to join our team to manage our day-to-day fulfillment and operations overseeing our search marketing team (PPC/SEO/SocialAds/Content) and account manager. You will work alongside our Design/Development manager and CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, website design and development, and social media paid advertising. They will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Marketing Operations manager will work closely with the CEO to implement and see to it that his vision is carried out.
Included Responsibilities
New Client Launch - The Marketing Manager will oversee the execution and completion of each New Client Launch ensuring the client’s wants are met and aligned with the overall strategy. The Production Manager will be present on all New Client Launch calls with the Account Manager or Account Executive to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s requirements upon launch.
Monthly Marketing Fulfillment - The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Omni Premier Marketing, including managing the search marketing team and client success manager. The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure we meet the client's expectations by executing the promised scope of work as well as finding ways to exceed their expectations. This will require monitoring and managing the performance of employees and campaigns.
Ongoing Strategy and Process Improvement: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing updates and reviewing our New Client Launch and customer fulfillment and experience processes to ensure that our practices are up-to-date, best in class, and deliver on our customers' expectations (better rankings, more calls & more repeat/referral business). The right candidate will be committed to investing time weekly to keep up with trends and best practices.

We are offering a yearly salary between $65,000 - $80,000 to start plus bonuses and tremendous growth potential for the right candidate.
