The Director of Digital Marketing will demonstrate a successful track record of delivering innovative digital strategies and solutions. This role will assess and recommend new technologies, partnerships and processes to accelerate our customer relationships, brand, business growth and enhanced customer journeys and in the end, drive toward growth goals for traffic, engagement, optimal end-user experience, measurable results, and lead creation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong influence skills, communications savvy, poise and the ability to gain alignment and investment in unified digital vision and digital product leadership. This leader champions and drives the vision for the omni-channel digital experience, products and efforts, in collaboration with leadership and in keeping with brand standards and expectations.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital strategy, planning and overall management:
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, planning and analytical capabilities and a proven ability to assess the competitive landscape, interpret user research findings, and integrate inputs from a team of professionals into a cohesive long-term vision, strategy and digital roadmap. Experience with periodic assessment, measurement, refinement, and optimization of digital strategy is essential.
Digital marketing operations and execution:
The ability to lead, influence and motivate a team managing day-to-day digital experience. Candidate needs to be highly organized with a sense of urgency, and strong communication and management skills. This person will manage a cross-functional team, direct agency activities and work closely with internal stakeholders and management.
