Intero Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join their team!
The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator is an effective, experienced communicator and relationship manager with strong interpersonal skills, data analysis abilities, project management and delegation abilities, savvy with different computer technology and softwares, with strong critical thinking ability. The person in this role must thrive in and enjoy a fast-paced, demanding and ever-evolving atmosphere.
When you are placed in this role you will specialize in one area of digital marketing to start and then receive additional training in multiple other areas of digital marketing as your career progresses. Our recruiting team will specify for you which area of digital marketing that you will start in.
Two months of initial paid training will be provided to teach the necessary digital marketing knowledge and technical skills needed to perform the job.
After training, the role is 50% client communication and relationship management (although this is the most important part of the role), 30% project management and delegation and 20% strategy and data analysis you will be working in a team-based, collaborative environment with several other members of the organization in different capacities depending on the accounts you are managing.
You will be managing 30 client accounts by the end of your first year of employment.
Day-to-day someone in this role can expect to have their day structured to conduct multiple client meetings, multiple written communications with clients and time blocked out to project manage and delegate the necessary monthly work needed to be performed to achieve the strategy and results the client is seeking. Quality assurance of the delegated work is another key aspect of day-to-day operations. The first week of the month is also dedicated to client reporting and meetings to go over reporting. Other day-to-day activities could include training to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, intercompany meetings to discuss clients and strategy as well as enjoying team bonding and culture enhancing events put on by the company.
