Digital Marketing Manager manages and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Manager leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Manager reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Digital Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or face-to-face with agency staff, vendors, community members and regulatory and contract staff. 4. Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements. 5. Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency. 6. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and as requested by the supervisor. 7. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the child and program operations. 8. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times. Other Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed. 2. Receives, tracks, and responds to high volume inquiries and requests for stored records from internal and external agencies in a timely manner. 3. Processes raw images using the appropriate software. 4. Complete timely and accurate documentation or training in accordance with agency policies and procedures and contract and regulatory requirements and standards. 5. Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners. 6. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment. 2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. 3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks. 4. Ability to frequently move boxes weighing between 30-50 pounds throughout designated work area. 5. Demonstrate the ability to: a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics. b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals. c. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times. d. Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently. e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position. f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. 6.
