As a Digital Account Manager, you enjoy leading client engagements and acting as a pillar of support, strategy and encouragement for the team working on your accounts. Ideally, you are a critical thinker who wants to work closely with our Paid Media, Analytics, Landing Page, CRO and Creative teams to ensure expert knowledge in the subjects to accurately discuss client strategy, recommendations and action items.

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the daily management of client accounts. This role reports to our Director of Client Services. Your tasks will include on-going client communication and working with the internal teams to create strategy, timelines, recommendations, etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are done on time and meet client expectations.
You’ll interact with clients and vendors regularly through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings so your excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills will be valued.
