Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and managing the activities and processes of IRC's digital ecosystem, including websites, social media and digital marketing campaigns. This individual supports the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and initiatives, analyzes performance data, traffic, and user metrics, and ensures the consistency of the brand's digital tone and presence. This is a remote position.
Essential Functions:
1. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing programs and social media channels directed at B2B and B2C audiences.
2. Plan, execute and manage organic and paid digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid search, display advertising, retargeting, geotargeting, email marketing, and social media.
3. Identify, analyze, and measure trends, performance, and behaviors.
4. Seek opportunities to reach targeted audiences, obtain engagement, and produce leads, supporting and driving organizational growth.
5. Collaborate with team members from across the organization to identify and recommend data driven opportunities to add value through digital channels.
6. Utilize strong project management, prioritization and proofreading skills to produce results that are timely, relevant and polished.
7. Design and build dashboards to measure performance and assist in managing the team's efforts towards initiatives with the largest impact.
8. Provide regular cadence of reporting on the performance and learnings of digital initiatives.
9. Plan, execute, and measure A/B and conversion testing.
10. Make recommendations for development of landings pages, UX/UI updates, and integrations to enhance customer journey and user funnels.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel:
This is a full-time, remote position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m. CST or EST. Occasional travel may be required for special projects, events, and in-person meetings.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
- 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role within a marketing department required.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive thought leader and team contributor.
