Duties:

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends
- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates using WordPress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and advertising sales
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with performance marketing is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
