Position Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (with travel expected to Zyris headquarters based in Goleta, CA) Must be based in our nexus to hire (CA, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, NC, NY, OH, SD, TN, WA, OR).

Position Summary:

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Zyris, you'll lead our digital marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across online channels. Your strategic insights and data-driven approach will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing ROI, and ensuring our market presence remains effective and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

Campaign Performance Optimization:

  - Continuously assess and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Brand Engagement and Customer Experience:

  - Enhance brand engagement and customer experience across digital channels, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

Data Analysis and Insights

  - Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior, extracting actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Budget Management and ROI Analysis:

  - Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing ROI.

Team Leadership and Development:

  - Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

- Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- High emotional intelligence, thoughtful and effective communicator & collaborator.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.

- Experience in the dental or medical device industry is a plus.
