• Minimum five years experience in marketing and communications, preferably in large, complex organizations
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience with digital marketing and communications, including website strategy, design, and implementation, developing lead nurturing workflows through marketing automation, social media strategy and implementation, email marketing, digital campaign management, blogging and other digital assets required
• In depth knowledge and experience with cultivating leads and conversions through marketing automation and digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest required
• Must possess excellent communication skills -orally, written and video format.
• Experience with content management systems, email marketing systems, SEO/SEM, various social media platforms and analytics programs (such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics).
• Functional knowledge and/or experience with WordPress, CSS and HTML required.
• Knowledge of MAC operating systems, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office required. 
• Previous senior living experience and knowledge of marketing theory and creative analytics preferred
• Ability to take the lead and guide other team members when necessary.
