Manage and optimize Aromely’s e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience from browsing to checkout.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-informed decisions to optimize spend and performance.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content tailored to our target demographics.
Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviors to ensure Aromely remains competitive and appealing to our customers.
Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and personalize digital advertising strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Engage with customers through social media channels, fostering community and enhancing brand loyalty.
Coordinate with the IT department to implement tech-savvy solutions that enhance our marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing within a B2C e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
Outstanding analytical abilities and a knack for data-driven planning.
