Digital Marketing Supervisor jobs in Johnstown, PA

Team KIA located at the Richland Plaza on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown is seeking a Digital Marketer.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our Team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in marketing, analytics, and social media to make a significant impact on our company's online presence.

Marketer will be Overseeing and Managing all Digital Advertising for our locations. Marketer will be based in Johnstown and Travel one or two days per week to our other locations with a company provided vehicle. Marketer will assist management in overseeing all online website vehicle merchandising as well as third party sites. Marketer will work directly with management for developing a BDC , Business Devolopment Center, that will include customer relation programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

-Oversee the online vehilce marketing

-Oversee the online Marketing for Sales, Service and Parts
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Create engaging and relevant content for website, blog posts, social media channels, and email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the website provider team to create visually appealing assets for digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to update website content as needed

Experience:

- Applicant must be extreemly digital oriented.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track website performance
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software is a plus
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., creating simple graphics using Canva or Photoshop)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
- Understanding of basic website customization
