As a part of our Client Delivery team, you’ll be at the forefront of GMR’s experiential events. In the Supervisor role, you’ll be the jack of all trades working to plan, support, execute and ultimately ensure success of multi-market sales and marketing programs. You provide daily leadership for your team members and maintain a quantitative and strategic snapshot of the conditions of the programs you work with. To thrive in this role, you are a strong critical thinker, and think of your work with a solution-forward approach.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Team management. You ensure all team members maintain a posture of operational excellence in all activities, in adherence to strategic operational plans to drive performance that meet or exceed client and program objectives. You’ll demonstrate your strong managerial skills with direct reports and internal working groups, understanding when to delegate, when to elevate and when to own.
• Fiscal responsibility. You practice fiscal responsibility in the operational activities of Client Delivery, continuously monitoring and reporting area of opportunity.
• Communication. You’ll be collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and motivate external partners to deliver effective work while fostering an environment of inclusivity and collaboration. You’ll have the ability to delegate to direct reports and team members appropriately.
