Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Supervisor reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager develops and implements Host Defense and Fungi Perfecti digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales, primarily within the direct-to-consumer channel. The Digital Marketing Manager exhibits a strong command of current marketing tools, integrated strategies and best practices to support digital tactics from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager manages a growing team across multiple digital channels including social and web and works with other members of the sales and marketing teams to successfully accomplish department goals and campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This is a full-time exempt position; Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and is located in Olympia, WA. Hybrid or remote work arrangement is possible if located within the Puget Sound.

Wage Range: $76,794 - $109,366 per year.
