Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations to implement the digital marketing strategy and to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Supervisor guides the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Supervisor reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Description
Summary: Responsible for coordinating planning and logistics for accounts, developing digital content from in-person events, being the spokesperson/ face of brands at public events, and being the field lead for in-person events, social media content creation, and scheduling.
A flexible schedule is required to have the capability to attend in-person events (5 hours per week on average, but will fluctuate). Set in-person office hours will be required in the beginning, with an option to have limited work-from-home flexibility.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Planning and Coordination of Client Events, Campaigns, and Projects
a. Traffics clients' requests and set up projects in proper format (Trello, email, G-drive)
b. Partner with the project manager to gather logistical information for each project and to
determine supplies needed for a successful campaign/ project.
c. Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help management make
decisions about event possibilities.
d. Oversee customer events in the field to ensure that customer needs are met and staff are
performing as instructed
e. Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
f. Close out all events, including approving event reports, gathering all demonstrators, and
event expenses, verifying all campaign/project goals were completed successfully.
g. Creates instructions for staff and communicates with Operations client needs, objectives, and expectations for each campaign/project.
h. Supervises and holds accountable staff/operations when reviewing event reports submitted.
i. Maintain expense records for all events and projects and ensure expenses are
within the campaign/ project budget.
j. Oversees successful execution of events, Special Projects for Clients, and NeoSol
2. Digital Content Coordination and Development
a. Attends in-person events to gather digital content for clients.
b. Partners with Project Manager to understand and execute digital marketing strategies with partners.
c. Community management for Client and Agency Social Media channels.
d. Identifying and developing influencers for clients
e. Ability to create and edit content from events for videos, and images for social media, is a plus but not required.
3. Act as the brand representative & spokesperson at specific brand events and potentially speak with the media or public speaking at events.
4. Supervises the quality of execution to meet NeoSol standards and exceed client goals
5. Partners with Operations Team, Project Manager
6. Promptly communicate with the Account Manager on any clarifications or unexpected changes to the project.
7. Attend company events as needed
8. Complies with all company policies and procedures.*
