Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Essential Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, and social media analytics platforms.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by management and leadership.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital media, or relevant field, preferred
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
• Solid understanding of HTML
• Working knowledge of Graphic design with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience in video editing with Camtasia or similar software preferred
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical demands and work environment:

• OCULUS provides a smoke and vape-free environment on company premises for its employees, customers, and visitors.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and listen to customers or colleagues, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs., and working with and installing equipment that require good vision and a steady hand.
