Digital Marketing Supervisor jobs in Reading, PA

**This Position is a part-time IN OFFICE positon. You will be needed to oversee team members at the office, in person during normal day time office hours. This IS NOT a subcontract, freelance or work from home position.**

This Digital Marketing Assistant role will support owner in all project management of digital marketing services. Knowledge of what the following digital marketing services are, are required (website design, SEO, graphic design, website hosting, social media, email marketing, PPC, FB, IG, TT Ads ) If you have experience in any of these it would be a plus, but just knowledge of what services are, are required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in organization and attention to detail, by leveraging their technical and interpersonal skills. This individual will be required to foster good relationships with multiple clients, which contribute to the success of meeting the goals of the client.

This position is fast paced, task management oriented and requires coordinating daily projects across project management software and email platform.

This individual must thrive in fast paced, quickly evolving environments that require extreme attention to detail and time management of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Check and respond to email.
• Make sure projects are done on time in Project Management Software.
• Help projects get completed from start to finish. This will include emails, phone calls, and utilizing Project management software to notify team of tasks.
• Manage Invoicing.
• Manage Payments.
• Manage company email blasts.
• Manage small website tasks.

Role Requirements:

• Project management knowledge with digital marketing experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
