Position Snapshot 

You're not just another cog in the machine; you are the bridge between our brand and the digital world. With a penchant forefficient processes, your work is characterized by a seamless blend of creativity and analytics. You understand the fast-paced nature of digital marketing but approach it with a calm, collected mindset. 

• Partner Collaboration 
• Work closely with our digital partners to optimize campaigns that speak to our brand's values, ensuring they're executed flawlessly across various channels. Regularly report raw lead data to digital partners. 

• Social Media Management 
• Engage with our community through thoughtful and impactful social media content, maintaining our presence and driving conversations. Schedule and optimize content in alignment with the Content Plan. Report data regularly to Marketing Team. 

• Email Marketing 
• Manage email campaigns that go beyond the inbox, touching hearts and minds, and driving meaningful engagement, in alignment with the Content Plan. 

• Attribution 
• Proficiency in integrating and leveraging multiple marketing channels to ensure accurate sourcing and attribution analysis. 

• Fast learner 
• Google Analytics Certification 
• Google Ads Certification 
• Experience in DNS forwarding using GoDaddy 
• WordPress HTML Experience 
• Experience cleaning and running reports against data in Excel (Pivot, Macros)  
• Experience with Automation – Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, etc. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work dynamically within a team 
• The agility to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment, with a sharp focus on deadlines
