Job Responsibilities:

Throughout the week you will be responsible keeping track of your to do work flow. Helping to complete various tasks and working on multiple projects at once. Keeping work schedule deadlines in order and communicating with team and clients on updates.

• Writing blogs weekly
• Editing content and drafting content
• Proof reading & editing
• Designing print and digital media
• Requesting and emailing clients for content
• Managing social media - Creating posts & Engagement
• Providing brochures, media kits, and proposal to clients
• Prospecting new leads by cold calling, email, and social media
• Taking notes in Salesforce & Project Management Software daily
• Transcribing audio & documents
• Attending regular meetings with clients and team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
