The Lead Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the daily management and execution of the marketing calendar for a broad range of consumers. In this high-touch role, you’ll collaborate with various marketing functions to help guide the direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy and foster connected, cross-channel consumer experiences across all stages of the consumer lifecycle.
As Lead Manager, digital-first thinking and experience is your default mode. You have a solid understanding of corporate and Brand objectives and expertise helping deliver consumer-centric marketing communication and tactical campaigns against these goals.
In addition, as a core member of the digital and e-commerce team, you’ll help build and share findings and standard methodologies related to go-to-market process. You will also be in constant contact with digital marketing activation, finance partners, legal consultants, and the broader eCommerce to ensure the timely completion of highly visible campaigns. The role is forward-looking and requires a blend of analytical thinking, influencing others and, above all, executional excellence, to succeed.
