Requirements
Position Summary: Servers are responsible for maintaining guest service according to Restaurant standards while having the highest level of menu knowledge, taking orders, delivering dishes in a timely fashion, clearing tables, assisting with beverage questions and attentive hospitality. The Server uses their knowledge of food and beverage to assist the guest with any questions regarding ingredients, allergens, purveyors and preparation. The server has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices. They interact with guests, and help their colleagues throughout service in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
