WHAT YOU DO
You will supervise the daily operations of In Room Dining. You will complete administrative tasks assigned to you to ensure proper IRD business function and putting your team in a position to truly inspire and make a difference. In addition, there are days when you will hop in to help out a server, run food to rooms and take IRD calls when IRD is busy. Other times, you will be truly ensuring our guests are departing with smiles, remembering the experience they just had, and staff has the support and confidence they need to perform at an unparalleled level.
