Dining Room Supervisor - Nursing Home jobs in Rochester, NY

We are seeking Exceptional Clinical Registered Nursing Supevisors to join our team at The Hurlbut Nursing Home on our DAY, EVENING or NIGHT SHIFT. Full Time or Part Time positions are available.

Located in the heart of Henrietta! In a very convenient location, central to the Rochester area.

As a part of Hurlbut Care Communities, The Hurlbut Nursing Home is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility that is owned and operated locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe residents: Perform Assessments, chart and report changes in residents' conditions, such as response to medication or treatment.
• Designs, directs, or provides training for department staff.
• Supervises and evaluates registered nurses and clinic assistants
• Measure and record residents' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration as needed upon assessment
• Provide kind and compassionate care to our residents.
• Care Plan development and modification
• Oversee and manage Nurses and C.N.As on their assigned shift to ensure they are providing high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with Medical Providers, and vendors and our own Interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.

Candidates Must Meet the Following Qualifications:

• Must be currently licensed and in good standing as an RN or LPN in NYS
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
