Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is hiring a full-time Dining Room Supervisor!

The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of WCCB Dining Venues. Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, this role ensures that the dining areas function according to established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures. The supervisor leads and empowers the service teams, prioritizing teamwork and customer satisfaction. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Supervising team members
• Managing staffing levels
• Training and evaluating performance
• Maintaining health and sanitation standards
• Addressing resident feedback
• Fostering positive relationships within the community

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• ServSafe certified, or will become certified first year of employment. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Maintain professionalism
• Adapt to a physically demanding environment
