Direct Mail Specialist jobs in Fort Worth, TX

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate error-free reports, manage inventory, and perform meticulous bookkeeping.
• Process Project Authorization Forms (PAF) as a liaison between outside vendors and Accounting.
• Handle purchase orders for the Mail Operations department.
• Coordinate and determine product quantities for appeals and TV program offers.
• Ensure timely coordination of supplies for projects and delivery dates.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports across multiple departments.
• Outline detailed coding for all appeals and product offers to appropriate departments.
• Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the team to code and report on direct mail pieces.
• Manage the department's petty cash fund and disburse employee reimbursements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Mail Operations manager or assistant manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,320.66 - $41,332.41 per year
