As the initial point of connection with homeowners, you'll craft meaningful relationships from the outset. Your role will be pivotal in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, showcasing your expertise in deal-making. Additionally, you'll conduct meticulous property evaluations and market analyses, ensuring accurate assessments of property values. What you'll need:

• Active real estate license
• College degree preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a strong drive for sucess
• Experience with CRM software
• Valid driver's license

What you'll do:

• Build industry relationships
• Serve as the initial point of connection with homeowners, establishing meaningful relationships from the outset
• Play a pivotal role in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
• Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analyses to accurately assess property values
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive success and achieve organizational goals
• Collaborate with internal acquisitions team to ensure contract and document compliance
• Represent Wedgewood Homes with positivity, strive for excellence and integrity

The salary range for this position is $55,000- $75,000.00 annually. In addition, this role offers significant potential for great earning opportunities with commission incentives and annual bonuses. Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city. Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.
