Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Making sure our strategy is aligned with the clients and their needs are met
• Ensure that our campaigns are continuing to bring in results
• Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of generating leads with our clients ideal customers
• Recruit, brief and manage contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns
• Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that strategic objectives are aligned
• Ensure content created is accurate and error-free
• Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
• Activate prospects into sequences
• Oversee and handle any hiccups that may appear in the automated processes. 
• Investigate and resolve any issues that may occur or by request
• Assist Data Entry Team in market research requests
• Collaborate with team to build ICPs
• Identify sources for team to collect data according to the ICPs defined;
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns by setting up automated flows 
• Assist Data Entry Team in market research requests
• Ensure campaign results tracking and data management in the CRM system
• Collect regular analytics against KPIs and deliver performance reports to the leadership group.
• Initial targeting & segmentation
• Copywriting
• In charge of all quality assurance activities which includes performing routine inspections and quality tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar field is preferred
• At least 2 years of related job experience 
• Has SDR work experience
• Proven track record of participating in successful appointment setting and outbound campaigns 
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
• Ability to quickly find, categorize and structure information from different sources
• Readiness to work in a metrics driven culture
• Has in-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns is a plus 
• Preferably with experience in B2B Cold Email Lead Generation / Demand generation / Sales Development Campaigns / Cold Outreach Campaigns
• Experience in managing and growing teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong collaborative skills to maintain open communication with team members and ensure everyone is in-the-know
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
