POSITION SUMMARY
Nonotuck Resource Associates is now accepting applications for an Integration Specialist/Direct Support Professional in the Brooklyn Street neighborhood, an intentional community in the Northern Berkshires. This is a unique opportunity to provide support to one person and their family and will be cross trained with other people supported as well.
We are seeking a well-rounded, caring, and compassionate person to assist the members with a variety of needs including, but not limited to: community integration (volunteer, educational opportunities and social pursuits) companionship, budgeting, assisting with ADL’s,
This is a part time (10 hours) position with an opportunity to work closely with several caring families and will provide self-fulfillment and gratification. The candidate will require creativity, autonomy, and adaptability; the ability to communicate effectively as a member of multiple teams is essential in this role.
