Job Title : Mail and Facilities Coordinator

Location : Rochester, MN

Salary : $18 / hour (Temporary)

Qualifications :

Experience in mail, facilities, or coordination roles preferred.

Ability to operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, and imaging machines.

Comfortable with extensive lifting, standing, and walking; team lift required for items over 50 lbs.

Business casual dress code.

Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations of a solo-person site, overseeing office services including copy, courier, print, hospitality, imaging, and mail.

Operate and maintain office equipment, ensuring smooth functioning of PCs, copiers, and mail systems.

Handle formal communication with clients, addressing any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Implement and manage service excellence programs to meet customer expectations.

Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and occupants as needed.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle reordering when necessary.

Assist with conference room coordination and management of audio / visual equipment.

Provide data and reports to leadership and clients, ensuring financial responsibilities are met.

Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
