Job Description

We are currently looking for a Direct Mail Project Manager to join our amazing clients in Natomas, CA.

*This position would require experience with Printing and Direct Mail.

Salary:
$65,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Job Summary:
Looking for a dynamic Project Manager to take the lead on print and direct mail projects. You'll be in charge of the entire process, from planning and managing budgets to dealing with design specifics and ensuring everything complies with postal regulations. The role involves direct negotiation with clients and vendors to secure the best prices and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of print and direct mail projects.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects comply with postal regulations.
• Negotiate prices and fees with clients and vendors.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong background in budgeting.
• Excellent negotiation, time management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with direct mail and USPS regulations.
• Ability to work on-site.

Schedule:

• Day shift

Experience Level:

• 5 years of Project Management experience required.
• 5 years of experience in budgeting required.
