Aston Carter has partnered with a local bank, looking to hire customer service representatives for their local branch

Description:

• Field inbound calls from customers calling into the client's service hotline
• Answer general customer inquiries regarding account balances, statements, credit/debit card issues, etc.
• Assist customer's in creating/closing bank accounts
• Identify and resolve customer problems in an efficient manner
• Educate customer's on available products/services
• Demonstrate the ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast paced environment
• Aim to resolve customer inquiries utilizing a First Call Resolution approach
• Appropriate use of established call policies and procedures and scripts

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of consistent work history
• Experience in a call center or bank is a plus
