First-year sellers play a pivotal role in expanding our retail network national distribution to existing accounts. All our reps are equipped with the latest technology via our mobile application. We offer retailers a 100% product guarantee, Net-21 terms, and a seamless experience. On average, first-year reps earn nearly $5-10K monthly of take-home pay!

Responsibilities:

Direct to Store Representatives play a pivotal role in expanding our network of retail accounts and driving growth in our existing markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Increasing distribution of our partner products by securing new, strategic on and off-premise accounts.
• Managing relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, re-sells, and ensure proper product merchandising for all Lucy products.
• Conducting weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material.
• Developing and improving account velocity through activities such as building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees.

Qualifications:

To be considered, candidates must possess:

• Relevant experience in field sales, nicotine sales, or CPG sales industry.
• Strong network or experience selling directly to independent retail stores.
• Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional sales and marketing awareness, demonstrating strong selling and negotiation skills.
