Pharma Digital Marketing Manager Neuroscience (Onsite Princeton, NJ)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in neuroscience for a prominent pharmaceutical company. This role entails serving as a dedicated point-of-contact for a neuroscience brand, overseeing digital and media agencies to ensure seamless execution of omni-channel campaigns aligned with the brand's strategy. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in neuroscience and brand launch, along with proven experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.

This is a 40-hour/week, 6-month contract role with potential extensions, an onsite role in Princeton, NJ. (Candidates must be able to work onsite 5-days a week)

This is a W2 role with Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits and 401K options are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide DTC and HCP omnichannel engagement recommendations based on customer insights and neuroscience brand strategy.

• Develop and review creative briefs and other documentation supporting the creation of digital programs for neuroscience brands.

• Lead internal leadership review processes and collaborate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of digital programs, including CRM, third-party programs, media, websites, mobile, email, social media, SEO/SEM, IVA, and field-trigger e-mails.

• Partner with the Brand, digital agencies, media partners, and Production team to define project strategy, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Drive the implementation of digital tactics and media programs for neuroscience brands, focusing on business impact.

• Collaborate with Business Insights & Analytics to identify KPIs, develop measurement plans, and conduct ongoing reporting and optimization of digital programs.

• Foster innovation by collaborating with neuroscience brands, external partners, and capability leads to develop new and innovative digital tactics.

• Monitor project status and provide regular reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or experience working at a marketing agency supporting pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
• Experience or background in neuroscience and brand launch.
• Experience leading digital engagement, channel, and analytics activities.
• Demonstrated experience with digital and DTC/HCP programs.
• Ability to track and manage annual digital programs effectively.
• Competency in developing, evaluating, and activating media plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, and Veeva CRM.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum.

Compensation: $70/hr. - $75/hr.
