Administrative Assistant (Middletown, RI)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. The focus of this role, you will provide administrative support including calendar management, independent decision-making, and proactive responses to tasks.

This contract position is for 6 months with funding approved till 09/29/2024, extensions likely, 40-hour-per-week role. (4-day 10-hour shifts per week). This position is a full-time onsite role at our client's offices in Middletown, RI

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, independent decision-making, and proactive responses to tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 years of high-level of administrative assistant experience including calendar management, independent decision-making, and proactive responses to tasks.
• Advanced level experience required with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly focused on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity/proficiency with Skype and ZOOM, SharePoint, and Concur experience a plus.
