Your responsibilities will include developing interactive visualizations, ensuring application functionality, and conducting thorough testing. • 5 years of experience
• Rshiny application development
• Visualization libraries and tools (reactable, datatable, ggplot2, plotly, etc.)
• Genomic data experience
• RDMS (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Code management and documentation

Desired Skills & Experience

• Preferred: Additional experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, Django)
• Experience in SQL for database querying, especially for Genomics data
• Strong problem-solving skills for data integration, quality, and performance optimization
• M.S. in Computer Science or related field
