Director of International Education leads and directs all aspects of the institution's international programs. Oversees programs, activities, faculty affairs, and academic support services. Being a Director of International Education develops and implements strategies to attract and retain students and faculty. Oversees the operations of the study abroad and foreign exchange programs, the international admissions process, and English language programs. Additionally, Director of International Education ensures that the curriculum remains current and is in compliance with accreditation standards. Monitors the documentation and visa application processes. Oversees the departmental budget and management of expenditures throughout the year. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Director of International Education typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Executive Managing Director & Brokerage Market Leader will be responsible for the leadership and growth of the markets within their region and shall oversee all aspects of Brokerage services. This role will drive new business in the region and will develop and execute the market share growth strategy. The role is market and client facing, which includes participating in industry and local community groups/events and establishing and fostering client relationships. The Executive Managing Director & Brokerage Market Leader will have a strong focus on recruitment, retention, driving the business and long-term succession planning for the talent within their market and will provide guidance to brokers across industry functions. They will serve as an exemplary ambassador of Colliers' culture, both internally and externally. The Executive Managing Director & Brokerage Market Leader will keep engagement of the local office/market as a key priority of focus in growing the region and position Colliers as an employer of choice.
This role will oversee the Salt Lake City brokerage team, and may require some travel. Be part of a successful team which covers a wide array of asset classes with both leasing and investment sales opportunities. Be supported by a fantastic team of marketers, graphic designers, researchers and an operations manager.
