Director of International Education leads and directs all aspects of the institution's international programs. Oversees programs, activities, faculty affairs, and academic support services. Being a Director of International Education develops and implements strategies to attract and retain students and faculty. Oversees the operations of the study abroad and foreign exchange programs, the international admissions process, and English language programs. Additionally, Director of International Education ensures that the curriculum remains current and is in compliance with accreditation standards. Job Summary:
The Marketing Director oversees all aspects of the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the company. They are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Marketing Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively manages marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Channel Strategy: Develops and implements a comprehensive sales channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Website Optimization: Collaborates with the web development team to optimize the e-commerce website for usability, performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Implements A/B testing and other tactics to improve user experience and drive sales.
Content Strategy: Develops a content strategy for the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and multimedia content. Ensures content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand messaging.
Customer Acquisition: Implements strategies to acquire new customers through targeted advertising, lead generation campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Utilizes data-driven insights to identify high-value customer segments and optimize acquisition efforts.
Customer Retention: Develops and executes retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Implements email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations to engage and retain customers.
Performance Analytics: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing initiatives. Analyzes metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaign performance.
Market Research: Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape. Stays abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals. Facilitates communication and coordination across departments.
Team Leadership: Manages a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Builds a high-performing team that excels in creativity, collaboration, and execution.
