- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the inspection process and findings.
- Answer client questions and address concerns regarding the property.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity during interactions with clients, other insurance professionals and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in home construction and technology.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Manage time efficiently to meet inspection deadlines.
-A background in construction, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
-Previous experience in field investigations, home inspection or a related field is often preferred.
